The libertarian coalition 'La Libertad Avanza' (LLA) held its last libertarian congress at the Hotel Provincial in the city of Mar del Plata, with 750 Buenos Aires leaders in attendance. Among those present were the Secretary-General of the Presidency and the President's sister, Karina Milei; LLA's representative in the province, Sebastián Pareja; and the President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Nation, Martín Menem. The objective of this event was to strengthen the more than 700 leaders with legislative responsibilities who attended the libertarian congress. Karina Milei stated, "We continue to work hard to achieve the reforms that Argentina needs." She also highlighted the President's connection to the city and recalled that she was chosen to draw the President's first salary, as her mother is from Mar del Plata. From that moment, the presidential campaign for 2023 began: "I was not wrong, and today we have the best president," she added. Martín Menem, in turn, noted that "in one year they built the party all over the country" and achieved "one of the best elections" since the return of democracy. "We had the challenge of maintaining balance, and then Karina's wisdom appeared, who told us, 'Let's go all in, let's accelerate and let's take the risk,'" concluded the head of the Chamber of Deputies. Finally, Sebastián Pareja stated that it is now LLA's turn to "set the agenda for change" that the Province of Buenos Aires needs and highlighted the importance of the meeting "as a turning point for politics in Buenos Aires." "Our party's representatives will ensure that Javier Milei's project resonates in every Deliberative Council, in the Legislature, and in Congress, to put an end to the model of abandonment and work for the Province to become great again, as we are already achieving at the national level," he concluded.
